While it does not contain progesterone itself, Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa) is rich in diosgenin—a naturally occurring plant steroid. Directions for Use:

Female teens:
Apply two pumps in the morning and two pumps in the evening for three consecutive weeks, followed by one week of rest, repeat monthly. This rest period is intended to coincide with your menstrual bleed.

Male teens:  
Apply two pumps in the morning and two pumps in the evening. Use daily. No rest week required.
Massage into soft skin on the body such as the inner arms, neck, belly, thighs, or chest, alternating application sites.
