When can I expect my order?

All orders will be processed simultaneously once the timer hits zero. After processing, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-14 days, depending on the shipping carrier.

Where are the pick-up locations?

We have two pick-up locations: one in Helensvale, Gold Coast, and the other in Maroota, Sydney. You will be able to choose your preferred pick-up location at checkout.

How much is the delivery and shipping cost?

Delivery in the Gold Coast area ranges from $0 to $25, depending on the distance. In Sydney, we have a flat rate of $5 for Maroota to Dural. For other areas in Sydney, the shipping cost is $15.00

What happens if I place an order, but the timer has multiple days left?

Your order will still be processed after the timer hits zero.

Can I pick up my items before the timer hits zero?

It depends on the item. If you need your goods within a couple of days, please contact us at [supernaturalhealthonline@gmail.com](mailto:supernaturalhealthonline@gmail.com) before proceeding with checkout to discuss if this is possible. Otherwise, you will not be able to pick up your order before the timer hits zero, and the same delivery processing time will apply to you.
