1. Introduction
Welcome to SuperNatural Health Online. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or services.

2. Order Placement
Orders can be placed during a 10-day open period, which occurs regularly throughout the month. After the 10-day window closes, we take 4 days to process, pack, and reset.

  • Shipping is not guaranteed during closed periods.

  • You can check the current status of the ordering period on the Home page, or in your cart via the visible countdown timer.

Important: Refunds are not provided before the order timer ends, and shipping can take 5–12 business days after the timer closes unless your item is already in stock, in which case it will be posted within 2 business days regardless of the timer.

3. Bulk Orders
Orders are processed collectively. We offer bulk ordering options for various health products, including pantry items, cleaning supplies, and vitamin supplements. For large bulk orders, please contact us for assistance and special arrangements.


4. Product Availability
We strive to ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to cancel your order if a product is unavailable from our wholesaler, even if their website indicates it is in stock. In such cases, a prompt refund will be issued.


5. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards and online payment systems. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery times vary based on location and order volume. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier or factors beyond our control.

  • Upon delivery, goods will be left in a secure location or as specified by you. We are not responsible for misplaced items or damage after delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Refunds are not provided before the order timer ends.

  • Once your order has been shipped, if items arrive damaged, incomplete, or do not arrive at all, a full refund will be issued.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery/collection.

  • Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days, unless otherwise approved.

  • Returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorisation form.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, securely packed, with your name and address clearly visible.

  • Damage caused during return transit due to poor packaging is the customer’s responsibility.

8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders and to update it as needed.


9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Shopify Hosting and Data Processing
