Refund policy

Processing and eligibility
SuperNatural Health Online processes returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery/collection of goods. We reserve the right to determine which goods are eligible for return, including defective items, incorrectly sent items, or other reasons. Some items, such as special orders, may be considered non-returnable at our discretion.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided before the order timer ends.

  • Once your order is placed and the timer has ended, please allow 5–12 business days for us to ship your items.

  • If your items arrive damaged, incomplete, or do not arrive at all, you will be issued a full refund.

Return Policy
Items can be returned only if the following criteria are met:

  1. Notification of the return must be made within 7 days of receiving your items.

  2. Returned goods must be received by SuperNatural Health Online within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise approved.

  3. All returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorisation form issued by us.

  4. Damage incurred during return transit due to poor packaging is the customer’s responsibility.

  5. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including internal packaging, without evidence of tampering.

  6. Items must be securely packed in a strong box to ensure safe delivery back to us.

  7. All return post must be clearly addressed with your name and address visible.
