  • Orders are processed after the ordering period (as shown on our site timer).

  • If your item is in stock, it may be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, regardless of the timer.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Timeframe

  • After processing, shipping/delivery or collection/pickup typically takes 5–15 business days.

  • This is an estimate and may vary due to your location or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Local Delivery – Landsborough/Sunshine Coast:

  • Free delivery within 5 km of Landsborough

  • 5–10 km: $5

  • 10–15 km: $10

  • 15–20 km: $15

Local Pickup: Free at Landsborough

Australia Post:

  • 0–500g: $11.15

  • 500g–1kg: $15.25

  • 1–3kg: $19.30

  • 3–5kg: $23.30

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and delivery estimates provided once your order has arrived at our location.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or text with tracking number(s). Tracking will typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Damages or Lost Items

  • SuperNatural Health Online is not liable for damage or loss during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging and damaged items.

6. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
