Postage Policy and Cost

At SuperNatural Health Online, we like to keep things simple! You’ve probably noticed the countdown on our homepage, that’s how we roll. We open for shopping for 10 days, then close for 4 days to process all your beautiful orders together.

Nothing gets shipped or picked up before the countdown ends — everything happens after the order window closes. Once we’re closed, shipping or pickup happens within 1–5 days.

We aim to ship your goodies as quickly as possible, but if there’s a delay, we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop.

For postage, we use Australia Post and stick to their rates. While we’d love to offer free shipping, our prices are already super low compared to other stores, so we’re not quite there yet.

Free delivery within a 10km radius of Helensvale
10km-20km: $5
20km-30km: $10
30km-50km: $20

Shipping Charges via Australia Post:

0-500g: $11.15
500g-1kg: $15.25
1kg-3kgs: $19.30
3kg-5kg: $23.30
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has arrived at our location.
