Postage Policy and Cost

At SuperNatural Health Online, we like to keep things simple. You’ve probably noticed the countdown on our homepage—that’s how we do things! We have a 2-week shopping window, and once it closes, we process all orders together. No orders will be processed before the countdown ends. Shipping (or pickup) happens at least 3 days after the cart closes.

We aim to ship your goodies as quickly as possible, but if there’s a delay, we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop.

For postage, we use Australia Post and stick to their rates. While we’d love to offer free shipping, our prices are already super low compared to other stores, so we’re not quite there yet. We’re working on offering free postage over a certain amount—stay tuned!

Maroota/Sydney Area:

Free delivery within a 10km radius of Maroota
10km-20km: $5
Beyond 20km: Shipped via Australia Post (Aupost)

0-500g: $10.95
500g-1kg: $14.50
1kg-3kgs: $18
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has arrived at our location.
