Thanks so much for shopping with SuperNatural Health Online! 💚 We like to keep things simple and transparent, so here’s how postage works:

• The store runs in cycles: 10 days open for orders, then 4 days closed to process everyone’s goodies together.

• For items I have in stock, I’ll ship or have them ready for pickup right away. Otherwise, I wait until the countdown ends — everything goes out after the order window closes.

• Once the order period ends, I reserve the right to ship your items within 5–12 business days. For in-stock items, we’ll still post them within 2 business days.

I always aim to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible, and if there’s a little delay, I’ll be sure to keep you in the loop!

• Free delivery within 5 km of Landsborough

• 5–10 km: $5

• 10–15 km: $10

• 15–20 km: $15

Local Pickup: Free at Landsborough

Australia Post:

• 0–500g: $11.15

• 500g–1kg: $15.25

• 1–3kg: $19.30

• 3–5kg: $23.30
