Suggested Use:

Wild Yam cream is applied in a cycle - 

Apply two pumps in the morning and two pumps in the evening for three consecutive weeks, followed by one week of rest, repeat monthly.

Menstruating - This rest period is intended to coincide with your menstrual bleed

Premenopausal or postmenopausal -  Simply take a week of rest once a month.

Male - No rest week taken, use continuously.

Massage into soft areas of the body such as the inner arms, neck, belly, thighs, or chest, alternating application sites.
