Through extensive research, our founder Cyndi discovered a plethora of issues with most probiotics currently available, many are made in Petrie dishes, genetically modified and with no prebiotics (the actual food that the probiotic lives on and eats), and while most claim to be manufactured in Australia (referred to as ‘finished products’ – Ready for retail), the actual functional probiotic ingredient is always sourced from overseas. To top it off, most were packaged in capsule form, some of which can contain artificial properties (most definitely NOT the Changing Habits way).

Containing only the best organic ingredients, our Probiotic Blend is naturally fermented, dried and made into a powder. To put it simply, our prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics are made from real food, sourced from real places (never in a lab), and free from colours, flavours and preservatives. Our Probiotics can be taken with juice or water, added to smoothies, or sneaked into gummies and slices to give the whole family a fermented food boost. They are also gluten free, GMO free and vegan friendly.

Our Ordering Process
We process bulk orders once a month, with the possibility of extending to fortnightly. Since we operate from two different locations —Gold Coast and Sydney— it's tricky to maintain stock in both places. Bulk ordering means no wastage from expiring goods and allows us to keep our prices lower than other retailers.
The Order Timeline
We will open our cart on the first Monday of the month. You'll then have approximately two weeks to pick and choose your items. Fill and check your pantry, cleaning supplies, and vitamin supplements. Before the timer hits zero, finalize your order.
After the two weeks, we will close orders for another two weeks. During this "closed" period, we will be busy processing, delivering, and shipping orders. Meanwhile, you can start your shopping list at home, getting ready for the next open order. Think about what you will need and check our website to see if we have your desired items. If not, be sure to send us a message at the bottom of our page.
- Order Processing: Once the timer hits zero, we’ll process all orders, which takes about 24 hours.
- Shipping: Delivery and shipping can take between 5-14 days. If you choose shipping it will also depend on the carrier. If you opt for pickup, your wait time will be shorter.
- Pickup/Delivery: We offer free pickup, which will reduce your waiting time for the goods. Pickup locations: Helensvale, Gold Coast and Maroota, Sydney. We also offer delivery for a small fee. Delivery in the Gold Coast area ranges from $0-$25, depending on the distance. In Sydney, we have a flat rate of $5 for the Maroota to Dural areas. For other areas, we will ship your goods for $15.00.
We understand it might seem like a long time, but it's only for the first order before we get into a routine of monthly ordering. This system helps you budget, keep everything stocked up, and reduce spending at big corporations.
