Preconception Multi for Men
- A high-quality multivitamin, mineral and antioxidant specially formulated for men that may optimise preconception health, sperm health, a healthy conception and a healthy baby.
- May support testosterone formation and levels, sperm motility and production, energy levels, thyroid function, nervous system function, immune system and skin health and may assist glucose metabolism.

Warnings:
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700mcg retinol equivalents for women and 900mcg retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
- Store below 30 degrees celsius in a cool, dry place. Please store in the fridge in hot and humid conditions.

After that, the cart closes for 4 days so we can process, pack, and ship all the orders.

Then it all starts again - open for 10, closed for 4.
This new rhythm helps us:

Offer bulk pricing and keep costs low
The Timer
You’ll notice a timer on our website—this shows exactly how long is left before the cart closes.
Once the timer hits zero:

No more new orders can be placed.

We begin processing all the current orders (usually takes 24 hours).
