Lotus Chia possesses a unique property that turns water or liquid into a gel. It is gluten free, vegetarian and non GMO. Prized by Aztec warriors in central Mexico, chia seeds were eaten to promote endurance prior to battle or with water before running long distances. Chia distributes and amplifies flavour, omega 3 oils and soluble fibre to keep your baked goods moist, and it acts as a binding ingredient in place of eggs or gluten. Low fat or egg free cooking is achieved with a gain not loss, in flavour & nutrition!

After that, the cart closes for 4 days so we can process, pack, and ship all the orders.

Then it all starts again - open for 10, closed for 4.
This new rhythm helps us:

The Timer
You’ll notice a timer on our website—this shows exactly how long is left before the cart closes.
Once the timer hits zero:

No more new orders can be placed.

We begin processing all the current orders (usually takes 24 hours).

Shipping and delivery starts straight after!

Shipping: We use Australia Post, so prices are based on their standard rates. Usually takes 1-15 business day.
