How It Works
Welcome
Shopping with SuperNatural Health Online is a little different from a traditional online store, and that's exactly what makes it special.
Instead of holding large amounts of stock, we bring our Australia-wide community together through collective orders every 10 days. Once the order period closes, we place one larger order with our trusted suppliers before carefully packing and sending your goodies.
We also keep a small selection of our most-loved products in stock. You'll find these in our "In Stock Now" collection, and they're usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Our collective ordering model helps reduce waste, supports Australian and New Zealand small businesses, and makes trusted natural and low-tox products more accessible.
Our Ordering Cycle
Cart Open – 10 Days
Browse the shop and place your order anytime while the cart is open.
Cart Closed – 4 Days
Once the cart closes, we:
- Place one collective order with our suppliers
- Receive your products
- Carefully pack every order
- Dispatch everything with care
Then the cycle begins again.
Our countdown timer on the homepage always lets you know exactly when the cart is open and when the next order begins.
Why We Do It This Way
Our collective ordering model helps us:
- Offer better value
- Reduce unnecessary waste
- Support Australian and New Zealand small businesses
- Keep our product range fresh and carefully selected
It's a slower, more mindful way to shop, and one we're incredibly proud of.

We're committed to keeping our product listings as fresh and accurate as a crisp apple from the orchard! However, if our wholesaler experiences a product shortage and we’re unable to receive the item, we may need to cancel your order.
