Curious about how we handle orders, when to place yours, and when your goodies will arrive?
Wondering why sometimes the cart is closed or things show as “sold out”? Let us explain it all, nice and simple

Our Ordering Rhythm

We now operate in a 10-day open, 4-day closed cycle. That means:

• Our online store is open for 10 days at a time.

• After that, the cart closes for 4 days so we can process, pack, and ship all the orders.

• Then it all starts again - open for 10, closed for 4.

This new rhythm helps us:

• Avoid food and product wastage 
  

• Offer bulk pricing and keep costs low 

The Timer

You’ll notice a timer on our website, this shows exactly how long is left before the cart closes.
Once the timer hits zero:

• No more new orders can be placed.

• We begin processing all the current orders (usually takes 24 hours).

• Shipping and delivery starts straight after! We allow minimum of 5 to 12 days after the timer hits zero.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping: We use Australia Post, so prices are based on their standard rates. Usually takes 1-15 business day.

• Delivery: We offer delivery for a small fee:

  • Landsborough/Sunshine Coast area:

    Free delivery within a 5km radius of Landsborough
    5km-10km: $5
    10km-15km: $10
    15km-20km: $15

• Pickup: Available for free from:

  • Landsborough, Sunshine Coast

We understand it might seem like a long time, but it's only for the first order before you get into a routine of monthly ordering. This system helps you budget, keep everything stocked up, and reduce spending at big corporations.

• Add favourites by tapping the little heart icon

• Start building your next order

• Send us a message if you’re looking for a specific product—we’ll do our best to get it in for you!
