At the core of our Buckies are activated buckwheat kernels, awakened to their full nutritional potential for easy digestion. We sweeten this mix with evaporated coconut nectar & a bundle of berries, creating the perfect harmony for your morning routine.
Ingredients: Activated buckwheat kernels* (activated in kombucha filtered water, Australian rock salt), evaporated coconut nectar*, coconut chips*, coconut milk powder, currants, cranberries*, beetroot powder*, blueberry juice powder*.

Our Ordering Rhythm
We now operate in a 10-day open, 4-day closed cycle. That means:

Our online store is open for 10 days at a time.

After that, the cart closes for 4 days so we can process, pack, and ship all the orders.

Then it all starts again—open for 10, closed for 4.
This new rhythm helps us:

Avoid food and product wastage

Offer bulk pricing and keep costs low

Run efficiently from both our Gold Coast and Sydney bases
The Timer
You’ll notice a timer on our website—this shows exactly how long is left before the cart closes.
Once the timer hits zero:

No more new orders can be placed.

We begin processing all the current orders (usually takes 24 hours).

Shipping and delivery starts straight after!

Shipping: We use Australia Post, so prices are based on their standard rates. Usually takes 3-15 business day.

Delivery: We offer delivery for a small fee:

Gold Coast: $0–$25 depending on distance.

Sydney: $5 flat rate from Maroota to Dural. Other areas $15.
