This raw cold extracted honey offers good ANTIBACTERIAL and ANTI-INFLAMMATORY support for your body. As a medium strength 400+ MGO honey it is good price point for those wanted a good level of MGO without the high price tag. Great all-rounder to for REGULAR USE regularly for internal and topical conditions.

This honey is a superfood packed with antioxidants, polyphenols, flavonoids, enzymes and vitamins and minerals. As a wholefood this honey a prebiotic and a great replacement for processed sugar. The FLAVOUR is unique to the coastal forests of the Northern Rivers Region. It is softer flavour than a New Zealand Manuka but a more earthy than our culinary varieties. Tested at independent laboratories to guarantee at 400+MGO.
AVOID HEATING above 40 degrees Celsius to maintain the benefit bioactive compounds in the honey.

Our Ordering Rhythm
We now operate in a 10-day open, 4-day closed cycle. That means:

Our online store is open for 10 days at a time.

After that, the cart closes for 4 days so we can process, pack, and ship all the orders.

Then it all starts again—open for 10, closed for 4.
This new rhythm helps us:

Avoid food and product wastage

Offer bulk pricing and keep costs low

Run efficiently from both our Gold Coast and Sydney bases
The Timer
You’ll notice a timer on our website—this shows exactly how long is left before the cart closes.
Once the timer hits zero:

No more new orders can be placed.

We begin processing all the current orders (usually takes 24 hours).

Shipping and delivery starts straight after!

Shipping: We use Australia Post, so prices are based on their standard rates. Usually takes 3-15 business day.
