This raw cold extracted 30+ MGO honey is a BUDGET FRIENDLY a superfood packed with antioxidants, polyphenols, flavonoids, enzymes and vitamins and minerals. This whole food honey is a great replacement for processed sugar as it is LOWER GI and offers the benefits of health boosting bioactive compounds. This honey is also a PREBIOTIC which supports the growth of good gut bacteria. The FLAVOUR is unique to the coastal forests of the Northern Rivers Region. It is softer flavour than a New Zealand Manuka but a more earthy than our culinary varieties. Perfect morning and night as an everyday healthy treat. Tested at independent laboratories to guarantee at 30+MGO.
AVOID HEATING above 40 degrees Celsius to maintain the benefit bioactive compounds in the honey.

After that, the cart closes for 4 days so we can process, pack, and ship all the orders.

Then it all starts again—open for 10, closed for 4.
This new rhythm helps us:

The Timer
You’ll notice a timer on our website—this shows exactly how long is left before the cart closes.
Once the timer hits zero:

No more new orders can be placed.

We begin processing all the current orders (usually takes 24 hours).
