The Spiral in Andean cosmovision represents the Ukhu Pacha - the world below and the connection to our ancestors. This special ceremonial paste is hand-crafted from criollo cacao in Tocache, Peru, in honour of the Awajun tribe who hold the spiral cacao temple of Monte Grande in Jaen. It is organically shade-grown and hand-selected by our artisanal farmer to the best potency and quality of each block. It is blessed and provides high-vibrational energy, with reverence for Peru's ancient ceremonial cacao traditions.
Seleno Health ceremonial Criollo cacao has an incredible ratio of 29:1 - theobromine:caffeine. Perfect for the uplifting, heart opening effects without the negative side-effects of caffeine over-stimulation. Our biochemical analysis has shown it to be also potent in levels of ethanolamides (NAEs) for feelings of intense bliss, polyphenols for mental clarity and tryptophan for sensations of joy and happiness. It has a strong profile of sweet and fruity flavours absorbed from the Amazonian agroforestry in which it grows.
It is an externalising cacao that brings uplifting, heart opening bliss and energising clarity. We recommend this cacao for use in ceremonies involving movement, breath work, dance, expression and for daily use to assist with energy, immunity, balance and well-being. Suggested preparation: Shave or grate 2-3 Tbsp (20-30g) per person into hot water or hot plant-based milk with or without spices (examples - cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, cayenne) and sweetener (coconut sugar, raw sugar, honey) and blend or whisk until creamy.

Our Ordering Process
We process bulk orders once a month, with the possibility of extending to fortnightly. Since we operate from two different locations —Gold Coast and Sydney— it's tricky to maintain stock in both places. Bulk ordering means no wastage from expiring goods and allows us to keep our prices lower than other retailers.
The Order Timeline
We will open our cart on the first Monday of the month. You'll then have approximately two weeks to pick and choose your items. Fill and check your pantry, cleaning supplies, and vitamin supplements. Before the timer hits zero, finalize your order.
After the two weeks, we will close orders for another two weeks. During this "closed" period, we will be busy processing, delivering, and shipping orders. Meanwhile, you can start your shopping list at home, getting ready for the next open order. Think about what you will need and check our website to see if we have your desired items. - Order Processing: Once the timer hits zero, we’ll process all orders, which takes about 24 hours.
- Shipping: Delivery and shipping can take between 5-14 days. If you choose shipping it will also depend on the carrier. If you opt for pickup, your wait time will be shorter.
- Pickup/Delivery: We offer free pickup, which will reduce your waiting time for the goods. Pickup locations: Helensvale, Gold Coast and Maroota, Sydney. We also offer delivery for a small fee. Delivery in the Gold Coast area ranges from $0-$25, depending on the distance. In Sydney, we have a flat rate of $5 for the Maroota to Dural areas. For other areas, we will ship your goods for $15.00.
We understand it might seem like a long time, but it's only for the first order before we get into a routine of monthly ordering. This system helps you budget, keep everything stocked up, and reduce spending at big corporations.
