Rosita Real Foods are dedicated to providing quality handcrafted products that are produced in harmony with nature. Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO) is a high-quality product and natural source of pure fatty nutrients designed to meet your dietary needs.
Handcrafted in small batches from wild cod (Gadus morhua), the oil is carefully extracted using a method that avoids the use of heat, chemicals or mechanical processes. This ensures the oils retain the exceptionally rich nutrient profile, and that the delicate fatty acids and naturally occuring vitamins remain intact.
Rosita Real Foods is committed to sustainability. The wild cod is exclusively sourced from the pristine waters of Norway, using hook and line on Rosita's own boats, a traditional method known for its sustainability and minimal impact on marine ecosystems.
How Rosita fish oils are tested:
Rosita Extra Virgin fish oils are tested by using the following leading European Insitutes (listed below) to make sure the products are pure, fresh and clean.
Each batch undergoes rigorous testing for heavy metals, organic contaminants, oxidation, bacteria, microplastics, and radioactivity. Test results are available upon request.
- EUROFINS - An international group of laboratories headquartered in Luxembourg, providing testing and support services to the pharmaceutical, food, environmental, agriscience, and consumer products industries, as well as governments.
- ALS Food & Pharmaceutical (UK) - ALS provides a comprehensive range of microbiological, physical, and chemical testing services combined with industry-leading technical expertise and customer service.
- Biodetection Systems B.V. (BDS) - BDS is committed to protecting health and the environment by offering and applying innovative, sensitive, and efficient in vitro test methods.
Preservation of freshness during shipping:
To ensure product freshness during shipping, all Rosita liquid bottles are nitrogen-flushed and sealed, minimising the impact of temperature changes. So, even if the bottle arrives warm, the product should still be fresh as heat can only influence the freshness of the oil if there is oxygen in the bottle. However, please be sure to refrigerate the EVCLO liquid oil and to wait until it has reached fridge temperature BEFORE opening it.
Please note: Rosita EVCLO is a handcrafted product, and so sometimes availability is limited.
Suggested Use: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon daily depending on your specific requirements.
Ingredients: Wild & Raw Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil (99.91%), Rosemary extract (0.04%) and non-GMO Vitamin-E (0.05%).

Our Ordering Rhythm
We now operate in a 10-day open, 4-day closed cycle. That means:

Our online store is open for 10 days at a time.

After that, the cart closes for 4 days so we can process, pack, and ship all the orders.

Then it all starts again—open for 10, closed for 4.
This new rhythm helps us:

Offer bulk pricing and keep costs low

Run efficiently from both our Gold Coast and Sydney bases
The Timer
You’ll notice a timer on our website—this shows exactly how long is left before the cart closes.
Once the timer hits zero:

No more new orders can be placed.

We begin processing all the current orders (usually takes 24 hours).

Shipping and delivery starts straight after!
